Management is the need of everything, in the universe every work with good Management. No one thing work accurate without Management. Then I feel that you must know the about Management.

What is Management?

The process of getting things done, effectively and efficiently

Efficiency
Means doing the things correctly; refer to the relationship between inputs and outputs; seeks to minimize resource costs (Do the things right)

Effectiveness
Means doing the right things; goal attainment (Do the right thing)

If you good content but you can’t manage their content, then the reader maybe confuse or maybe no good learn. So before write the article you must make structure of article in mind and either manages the article in mind, and then writes it. Planning mean define the goals, establish the strategy for achieving the goal. First you must know what your goal is, and in this step you establish the strategy. If you don’t know the goal then what you thing you do! So first know the goal for example my goal is I provide good services related to internet. So for achieving this goal I write article that help me to provide good services.
More, if your goal good define then make good strategy like if you doing online business in Asia country so you make strategy according to them. You must know the peoples of Asia country not have much purchasing power then you make COST EFFICIENT strategy. Mean set price that is acceptable for them.

2: Organizing

After planning, organizing is the major step to mange the website or internet business. Organizing Includes determining what task to be done, who is to do them, how the tasks are to be grouped, who report to whom, and where decision are to be made.

You also say that in this step determine the task and and way in which task perform or make decision.

If you have many web Authors and you not organize then you face many problems.For example your web authors are publish same post then your reader dissatisfy with your website and leave your website. 

so in this session you define the take and tell who perform that task.with this way you better manage their website and your reader satisfy with your website and loyal with your website.

3: Leading 

After organizing, the leading is the next step to manage the website and Blog. Leading include motivating , effective communication channel and resolving conflict. This is most important and also most difficult. 

Many of times the webmaster best organize their website and ignore the leading. After some times they face problem.So that you should lead their website. Motivation is very important part in the leading. Motivation means act of their authors according to their behavior. If your author dissatisfy then the motivation is best for change author dissatisfy into no-satisfy. And also your author no-satisfy then the motivation also is best for change author no-satisfy into satisfy.

Many of times also create the conflict between the authors then you can eliminate the conflict with leading. 

4: Controlling

The process of monitoring performance, comparing it with goals, and correcting any significant.This is the last step of manage the website and blog. Controlling is very important in this session we analysis the performance and then comparing it with goal. If performance fulfill the goal then this is best. And if not then check the problem, if possible then try to correct that.

If you failed in correction of problem then again follow the first three steps. Apply these steps again and again until you achieve their goal.
