Create a Webpage using HTML and CSS

In this part of the tutorial we will focusing on the right side bar we gave an id for, the lazy dog image, main heading tag and the under nav tag. Of course I will be showing you how to position the elements withing the page and create neat CSS rules for fonts and colors and all that. This is part is fairly simple. The reason I take my time during this tutorial series is because there are way too many tutorials on YouTube that are fast and not really good for the beginner, so that is why this tutorial is going at the pace it is. Part 5 will be focusing more on the body such as the unordered list the rest of the images and heading tags and hopefully more depending on time
